Refund policy

Because every product is custom-made, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available once production has started.

If an order contains a manufacturing or printing defect caused by Vivid Bee, we will replace or reprint the product at no additional charge.

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days after delivery.

Refunds and reprints will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved artwork
  • Spelling errors
  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer
  • Low-resolution images
  • Color variations within industry standards
  • Customer design mistakes

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork before approval.
