Production, Shipping & Rush Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

At Vivid Bee, every product is custom-made to order. Please review the following Production, Shipping & Rush Policy before placing your order.


1. Production Schedule

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment or the required deposit has been received.
  • Final artwork has been approved by the customer in writing (email or message).

Orders and approved artwork received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will enter production the same day.

Orders or artwork received after 12:00 PM ET will begin production on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


2. Standard Turnaround

Unless otherwise stated, our standard production times are:

Retractable Banners 2–3 Business Days
Window Graphics 2–4 Business Days
Yard Signs 2–3 Business Days
PVC Signs 3–5 Business Days
Acrylic Signs 5–7 Business Days
Canvas Prints 3–5 Business Days
Car Magnets 2–3 Business Days
Stickers & Labels 3–5 Business Days

Production time begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Shipping time is not included in production time.


3. Large Orders

Orders exceeding 100 pieces may require additional production time.

Estimated production:

  • 100–250 pieces: Add approximately 2 business days
  • 250+ pieces: Production time will be quoted individually.

4. Rush Production

Need your order sooner?

Rush service is available based on production capacity.

Same-Day Production* Starting at +$50

*Same-Day Production is subject to production schedule, artwork approval, and material availability.

Rush service prioritizes production only.

Shipping transit times are determined by the selected carrier.


5. Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork whenever applicable.

Recommended file formats:

  • AI
  • EPS
  • PDF
  • SVG
  • High-resolution PNG
  • High-resolution JPG (300 DPI)

Low-resolution files may produce lower print quality.

Vivid Bee is not responsible for print quality resulting from customer-provided artwork.


6. Artwork Approval

Before production begins, customers will receive a proof when required.

Please carefully review:

  • Spelling
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • QR Codes
  • Colors
  • Layout
  • Dimensions

Once artwork has been approved, no changes can be made without additional charges.

Customer approval confirms acceptance of all artwork details.


7. Design Services

Professional design services include:

  • Custom layout
  • Basic image editing
  • One revision (unless otherwise specified)

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.


8. Shipping Policy

Shipping begins only after production has been completed.

Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier.

Vivid Bee is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address before production begins.


9. Local Pickup

Customers selecting Local Pickup will receive a notification when the order is ready.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be discarded without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.


10. Color Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from colors displayed on computer monitors, tablets, or mobile devices.

Color variations may also occur depending on:

  • Printing material
  • Ink absorption
  • Surface finish
  • Lighting conditions

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically quoted.


11. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Payments for custom products are non-refundable.

12. Reprints & Claims

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery or pickup.

If Vivid Bee determines that the issue resulted from a production defect, we will reprint the affected product at no additional charge.

Reprints will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved artwork errors
  • Spelling mistakes
  • Incorrect dimensions provided by the customer
  • Low-resolution images
  • Customer-supplied design issues
  • Color variations within industry standards

13. Limitation of Liability

Vivid Bee's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Vivid Bee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, shipping issues, or customer-approved artwork.
